Refund policy

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

• For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

• We’re happy to exchange sizes or colours where available.

• To arrange an exchange, please email support@rheaboutique.com before returning your item.

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
